Using the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, we will learn Isometric and Isotonic techniques for working with muscle tension patterns and underdeveloped muscle tone. Through the use of resistance while the muscle is engaged, we stimulate proprioceptors. This allows holding patterns to rebalance and results in greater flexibility and mobility.  Be amazed!

Phase Seven—endless possibilities!  Phase Seven has been gifted to us by the Founder of Ortho-Bionomy, Dr Arthur Pauls.  What a privilege to not only use and benefit from Phase Seven, but to explore its limitless possibilities. Phase Seven is certainly a close friend of intuition and imagination!   As we play with, and witness, the emerging and evolving patterns through Phase Seven, we begin to also experience healing and transformation.  This healing and transformation encompass not only of ourselves and others, but also our circumstances and world around us.  Our on-line sessions are short—no more than 20-30 minutes.  Closer to the time I shall suggest an area of focus for us.  Although, if you have any suggestions, certainly let me know before the event. This online ZOOM gathering is part of our on-going Aotearoa Project Phase Seven series. No prior experience is necessary.

Want to learn and experience more about Ortho-Bionomy?

Learn basic release techniques for each major joint in the body using comfort movements to release muscular tension and stress.  These stimulate the body’s inherent, self-corrective reflexes which help create structural alignment and balance from within.  We will also share the philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy.  You can take this course for personal interest to help your friends and whānau, or use it for training or professional development credit.

The healing and transformative powers of Phase Seven have been gifted to us, by the Founder of Ortho-Bionomy, Dr Arthur Pauls.  

Using our intuition and imagination we can invite these Phase Seven patterns to immerse us in deeper healing and transformation, not only of ourselves and others, but of the circumstances and world around us.

During this short time on-line we shall share a further Phase Seven experience on a topic which I shall reveal closer to the time.  If you have any suggestions, certainly let me know before the event.

Colin has been appointed by the Board of SOBI Directors as an international Advanced Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy–the first such appointment for Aotearoa-New Zealand.
