Each of us carries a lived experience shaped by the unfolding of our lives. And each of us carries a lived experience shaped by our relationship with Ortho-Bionomy.
Mark Strong said, “some jobs you do, they’re just jobs. Others are life experiences.” Perhaps this is what George Lamming means when he said: “it didn’t seem I could know it until I had lived it.”
Could it be that we really cannot know Ortho-Bionomy unless we have lived it? And if so, what does that invite of us?Three Advanced Ortho-Bionomy Instructors come together for a three-hour conversation, a trialogue, exploring Ortho-Bionomy as lived experience—reflecting on how life experiences may have predisposed them toward this work, how Ortho-Bionomy has shaped them as their lives unfold.
